Mark Warner is a well-known brand for both its summer holidays and of course skiing, where it pioneered the chalet concept back in 1975. Mark Warner specialises in what Ski Line refers to as chalet hotels, being larger hotel-style buildings run on chalet party lines staffed by mainly British staff. All meals are prepared by fully trained chefs; meaning meals are often of a higher quality than might be offered in many other catered chalets and with a choice of starters, mains and deserts and several choices of wine. Breakfast is a big event with Mark Warner who starts the day with either full English or continental-style breakfasts available. Like most catered ski chalets Mark Warner lay on a big afternoon tea, which will include Vin Chaud, delicious soups and home cooked cakes and freshly baked biscuits as well as tea and coffee. Feedback from clients about the food is always very positive.

Mark Warner is as popular with groups as it is with single travellers. Many single skiers can avoid single room supplements as Mark Warner will match up travellers of similar age, sex, and smoker or non-smokers to share twin rooms. This is coupled with their social ski programme where Mark Warner arranges for groups of similar standard to ski together on suggested routes and all meet at a chosen mountain restaurant for lunch bringing guests together, where friendships are quickly established.

Most of the Mark Warner chalets have in-house beauty and massage service, TV’s in rooms with English channels, Wi-Fi and In-house Crèche catering from Children from 4 months to 12 years.

All of Mark Warner’s nannies are qualified with either DCE, NNEB, NVQ or equivalent qualification or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. So you can be sure your child/children are in safe hands. An individual babysitting service can be arranged at an additional cost once you arrive in your resort, however, this service is only offered subject to availability

Baby Club 4 to 11 months at Mark Warner

Mark Warner’s Baby Clubs provide a warm, homely and secure environment. They provide a keyworker so the little ones are soon settled and contented. Your baby’s day is organised to fit in with their needs and, wherever possible, to your times for naps and feeds. So when your holiday’s over, you’ll hopefully be able to slip back into your normal routine.

Toddler Club 1 to 2 years at Mark Warner

Mark Warner’s Toddler Club is perfectly set up for this most lively-minded age group. Throughout the day their nannies provide a busy programme of games, stories, music and art to keep toddlers amused. Weather permitting, there are buggy outings and snow play for the older toddlers. Where possible, they try to ensure that children have the same keyworker all week, and they’ll do their utmost to adapt to your child’s usual daily routine.

Mini Club 3 to 5 years at Mark Warner

£449 per child per week

Children will enjoy sledging, snowman building and exciting cable car rides – often with a stop-off for a cup of hot chocolate. The action continues indoors, with a full programme that includes arts and crafts, face painting and games. If you’ve a 4 or 5 year old who would like to combine activities with learning to ski, Mark Warner can arrange half-day ski school* with drop-off and collection by their nannies.

Kidz Club 6 to 12 years at Mark Warner

In the Kidz Club it’s all about action, with the emphasis on having fun in the snow. And if your children also want to ski, they’re still welcome to join. For children booked into Mark Warner’s childcare service, their nannies can take them to and from ski school* and bring them back for lunch with the others from the Kidz Club. During the afternoon, there’s a packed programme of entertainment from sledging, snow sculptures, face painting, games and treasure hunts. In the peak season, they can take the children to and from full day ski school. Please note that it is only during these dates, they can take them to afternoon ski school as well.
