Beaver Run Resort

Beaver Run Resort is located at the base of Peak 9 in a ski in/ski out position right next to the Beaver Run Superchair. Beaver Run Resort is a large complex of buildings with numerous facilities including pools, restaurants, bars, games room, shops, arcade room. All rooms have fantastic wood burning fireplaces.

Hotel Room

These rooms have two queen beds, small sitting area with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave and a full bath. They are located in Buildings 1, 2, and 3, which are conveniently near the heated indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, game room or The Spa.

Studio

Located in building 4 and has the benefit of a kitchenette. The room has a queen bed and small living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa.

Breckenridge Studio

The same as above but with a revised layout giving more space in the living area and also updated furnishings.

Colorado Suite

Located in building 4 and has the benefit of a kitchenette, wood-burning fireplace and a private balcony. The room has a queen bed and a generous living area with a queen sleeper sofa.

One Bedroom Suite

700 square feet, full kitchen and wood-burning fireplace. Private balcony, queen bed and a queen sleeper-sofa in the living room area round out this room type, found exclusively in Buildings 1, 2, and 3.

One Bedroom Building 4

775 square feet, located closest to the lifts, One Queen Bed, One Queen Pull-out, Complete Kitchen, Jetted Spa Tub, Wood-burning Fireplace, Private Balcony.

Two Bedroom Suite

Located in Buildings 1–3, One Queen Bed, One Queen Pull-out, Two Queen Beds in second bedroom, Complete Kitchen, Wood-burning Fireplace, Private Balcony.

Two Bedroom Building 4

Located closest to the lifts, Two Queen Beds, One Queen Pull-out, Complete Kitchen, Jetted Spa Tub, Wood-burning Fireplace, Private Balcony.
