The nearest lift is the Col Rodella cable car, which is less than ten minutes’ walk away – and a similar amount of strolling will take you into the centre of Campitello di Fassa village. You might fancy checking out the local bars after enjoying your Half Board meal, or if you'd prefer a more relaxed, low-key end to the day, head to the hotel spa for some quality me-time – just note that spa access comes with an extra charge.

Getting here

• When you arrive in the resort, the coach isn’t able to take you right up to the entrance of the Hotel Diamant, so you’ll be dropped off close by. From there, it’ll be a 2-minute walk.

Safety advice

• Safety standards for balconies and public walkways are different in Italy – the railings may be lower and they could have ornamental features you wouldn’t see in the UK or Ireland. Please take extra care on or around them, and make sure children aged under 12 years are always supervised.
