Residence Les Edelweiss Vaujany, France
Looking for somewhere with handy access to the slopes and the freedom of a self-catering apartment? These in Vaujany are just the ticket. It’s only a short walk to the Montfrais cable car, so you’ll be on the slopes in no time, and you’re close to the centre of the village, too.
This south-facing residence, which looks towards the Grandes Rousses Massif, is a collection of apartments in traditional chalet-style. They're spacious and have a welcoming style that reflects the alpine setting. Inside, you’ll find a flatscreen TV, modern bathroom, and a well-fitted kitchen with everything you’ll need to whip up your meals. Not to mention the epic mountain views from your private balcony.
Communal facilities include a ski room with lockers, table football and a kids’ play area. There's also a sauna, steam room, and hot tub – an ideal place to unwind after a busy day on the slopes.
All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, as well as a TV and hairdryer. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €600-1,000 (depending on apartment type) by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking. Check our Crystal A-Z for more information on deposits.

The advantage of booking a self-catered skiing holiday is often the price. The disadvantages mean either eating out, which in a ski resort is often expensive, or it means having to cook your own meals, which probably means less time skiing, and who really wants to shop and then cook an evening meal after a full days skiing?
Huski, the Alps-based catering business offers a great solution, that means you can still enjoy the great value of a ski apartment or self-catered chalet and eat well without the fuss of having to cook your own food.
Huski delivers a week’s worth of dishes, freshly frozen and ready for you to just heat and serve.
Huski catering is only available to properties in French ski resorts.
