Breakfast is a special time where everyone can gather and plan the day. It is a time to fuel up with the energy needed for a long day on the slopes but also to indulge and enjoy the luxuries of a five-star chalet.

Ultimate Catered Chalets

While in an Ultimate Catered Chalet, a delicious continental breakfast will be prepared by your chalet team and beautifully presented each morning with the best locally sourced Savoie produce. Meanwhile, in the kitchen, your private chef will provide a selection of cooked breakfasts prepared to order and cooked fresh. Want something specific from the boulangerie? Simply let your dedicated concierge or private staff know what you like.

Relaxed Catered Chalets

While staying in a Relaxed Catered Chalet, the private chalet chef will create daily continental breakfasts with one cooked option available (served 8-9.30am).

Ultimate Catered Chalets

Your dedicated chalet manager will help arrange lunch restaurant bookings. Once back at the chalet an afternoon tea will be laid out complete with delicious cakes, a selection of teas and free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne. For 5 evenings of your stay, your private chef will prepare a selection of delicious canapés and mouth-watering multi-course dinners using the finest locally sourced ingredients. Chefs are trained in cooking culinary magic for all tastes and dietary requirements – simply let your sales director know of any dietary requests when booking.

Relaxed Catered Chalets

Your dedicated chalet team can help arrange lunch restaurant bookings, and a daily afternoon tea, complete with chilled Perrier-Jouët Champagne will be laid out each afternoon. In the evening, pre-dinner nibbles will be laid out for you and your guests to enjoy. For five nights of your stay, a choice of two family serve courses will be prepared by your private chef, followed by a cheese course (choice of chef’s days off to be booked pre-arrival).

Wine, bar drinks, champagne and après ski

For many, drinks and après ski are what makes a ski holiday.

Across their whole portfolio, this operator can arrange for their partner, The Mountain Mixologist, who provides an in-house après experience, to bring the party to you. Coming complete with a bar, he brings a premium cocktail service direct to you. Avoid the crowds this winter and enjoy your après ski, evening drinks or private event in the comfort of your chalet or apartment.

Ultimate Catered Chalets and Relaxed Catered Chalets

In all this operator's chalets, they stock a range of excellent house wines. If you prefer bespoke vintages, however rare, and are staying in one of this operator's Ultimate Catered Chalets, their specialist partners Antoine Veuriot at La Cave sur Comptoir and Guillaume Masson at La Verre Gourmand will source any a-la-carte requests and have these ready to compliment your dining experience.

They also offer a well-stocked complimentary bar with your favourite spirits, a gin bar and chilled Perrier-Jouët champagne.
