Chalet Arktic is one of the most popular ski chalets in Tignes, perched slightly above the resort the chalet benefits from having incredible views of the mountains over the lake to Val Claret, the balcony is a great spot to enjoy your afternoon tea. It is only a short walk, around 150 metres, to the slopes and the Chardonnet ski lift, so you can enjoy quick and easy access onto the Tignes-Val d'Isere Ski Area. Chalet Arktic is available to book exclusively as well as room by room.
The chalet has a modern design and has all of the home comforts you'll need for a home away from home stay. All seven bedrooms are furnished to a high standard in a contemporary Savoyard style and have en-suite facilities. The open plan dining and living area features a fireplace so it's a great place to sit back and relax at the end of the day skiing. After a day of exploring the wonderful ski area, unwind and relax in the sauna or give your achy ski legs a break in the hot tub in the wellness area which has fabulous mountain views over Tignes.
Chalet Arktic is on a chalet catering board basis. All meals are prepared for you by your designated chalet hosts who are on hand to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. You can look forward to a cooked breakfast, freshly made afternoon tea and a four course evening meal - you also have unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks during dinner.

Chalet team - Chalet Arktic is a catered chalet, each day breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner will be provided, plus you don't need to worry about the tidying up. Your hosts are there to make you feel right at home and will be looking after you throughout the week.
Great for groups - The chalet can host fourteen people between the seven twin bedrooms and is designed for socialising given the open plan dining area and living room, it is the perfect choice for groups of families or friends.
Our catered chalets mean there is no need to worry about a shopping trip whilst on holiday, as you will be looked after by us from arrival right to departure.
A continental buffet breakfast is available on 7 mornings of your holiday. There’ll be a selection of cereals, bread and pastries from a local bakery, jams and spreads, local cheeses and charcuterie, yogurts and fresh fruits. We have Nespresso coffee machines in each chalet, along with teas, infusions, hot chocolates and fruit juices.
For 6 mornings of your holiday there’s a classic full cooked breakfast available, starting from 8am. Your hosts will take an order from you and get it prepared ahead of your big day on the slopes. Options include free range eggs, sausages, bacon, halloumi, mushrooms and tomatoes.
A fresh cake will be baked and ready for your return from the slopes, 6 days of the week. Perfect to pair with the selection of teas, hot chocolate and Nespresso coffee, that’re in your chalet for you whenever you fancy.
A 4-course set menu will be cooked and served by your chalet hosts on 6 evenings of your holiday. You’ll start your evening with an Aperitif and nibbles, where we have a choice of 2 Italian Proseccos from the Veneto region, one of which is a 0% alcohol option, beer and soft drinks.
The evening set menu has been designed to incorporate a variety of different cuisines, including classic French, Asian, Italian and British dishes. One evening the menu will be a delicious regional dish, from the area you are staying in.
After each homemade dessert there’s a selection of cheeses with fresh bread, crackers and chutney, along with coffee, tea or infusions.
There will be special celebration menus on Christmas Day & New Year's Eve.
During your evening meal guests can indulge in our carefully selected complimentary local wines, which consists of a choice of 3 red, 3 white and 1 rosé. All of the wines have been carefully chosen so that there is a great variety and offer something to cater for all tastes and that pairs well with the menu.
For those guests that don’t drink wine, there is a selection of beer (both with and without alcohol), sparkling mineral water and soft drinks.
Breakfast hot option, afternoon tea & dinner is 6 days per week due to chalet staff's day off. Our representatives are there to recommend and book a local restaurant in resort for the free evening.
Chalet staff day off is usually a Wednesday, but for Christmas and New Year week this will be a Thursday.
