This residence is part of its own mini village centre with a couple of shops all within easy walking distance. The residence consists of 4 small apartment blocks and 66 individual chalets which depending on their location are approximately 100m away from the Marquis ski lift and 200m from the pistes.

There is an indoor swimming pool free for residents and two saunas at a charge payable locally (4€/person/20min session).

Please note the residence is built on a hillside and is not recommended to those with walking difficulties.
