At 1750m altitude, Méribel Mottaret is the snow-sure village just up the valley from Méribel Centre. Hôtel Le Mottaret is located right on the piste, close to the ESF ski school and next door to a ski hire shop. The amenities of the resort are just a short walk away, as is the free shuttle bus taking you down to the hustle and bustle of Méribel Centre.

The rooms at Hotel le Mottaret are clean and spacious, overlooking the slopes of Mottaret, with Mont Vallon in the background on one side, and the Méribel valley on the other. For your convenience, all rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, satellite TV and a choice of foam or goose feather pillows. Family suites also include a fridge, as well as complimentary tea and coffee, kettle and coffee maker.
The hotel has also 15 new rooms, offering now a total of 77 rooms with various capacity.
The lounge bar is the heart of the hotel; sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite drink on a comfortable sofa in front of the crackling fireplace as our in-house DJ chooses the right rhythm for the atmosphere. From the lounge bar you can step out onto the upper terrace, or into the outdoor jacuzzi where you can book a free session for your group: the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. If you don't want to get your hair wet, stay outside in the sun at the outdoor bar and enjoy the view of the top of the Saulire. Our Café del Mott is located on the lower terrace and offers burgers, where you can enjoy a hearty but affordable meal from our value-for-money menus while sitting in the sun. Enjoy a big buffet for the Sunday Roast with its juicy potatoes and vegetables. Our DJ provides the right music for a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
Guests at Hotel Le Mottaret can choose between breakfast, half board or full board. The latter has been specially designed for value for money, with unlimited food and drink between 10am and 10pm, including breakfast and brunch on mornings. Lunch is served on the Café del Mott terrace, with a choice of beef, chicken and veggie burgers. For All Inclusive guests it is also possible to eat at partner restaurants in the Three Valleys for lunch, a perfect way to enjoy the ski resort. Dinner is the main attraction, with a five-course all-you-can-eat buffet of French or world cuisine, chosen and presented by the chef and his team.
Our Comfort rooms are those renovated in 2017. These rooms can accommodate 2 adults (choice of 2 single beds or a double bed. Please specify your choice in the comments when booking). They offer an excellent level of comfort with luxury services and elegant and cozy furniture. The rooms all have satellite TV, free wifi access, a hairdryer, a wide choice of pillows and duvets and have a large walk-in shower or a bathtub. All bedrooms have a 2m² balcony. Free access to the hotel's jacuzzi.
Our Prestige rooms are the most recent and are located in the west wing of the hotel offering a very good level of comfort with a cozy and luxurious decor. These rooms can accommodate 2 adults with the possibility, at no extra charge, of an additional child (under 12) in an extra bed. They offer an excellent level of comfort with luxury amenities, elegant and cozy furniture, a large 'Rain Forest' walk-in shower or a bathtub (ask for when booking), a large screen satellite TV, free access with wifi, a hairdryer, and a wide choice of pillows and duvets. All bedrooms have a balcony. Free access to the hotel's jacuzzi. Some rooms are interconnecting.
Our Comfort triple rooms are spacious and comfortable and sleep up to three guests, (three single beds), with a modern bathroom, completely refurbished in 2014 with large walk-in shower. Luxurious touches include: satellite television, free WIFI access, and a balcony overlooking the slopes. Free access to the hotel's jacuzzi.
The Prestige Quadroom offer a cozy decor and a good level of comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people. Equipped with a king size bed or 2 single beds (to be specified when booking), bunk beds and a sofa, the room has satellite TV, free Wi-Fi access, a hairdryer. The shower rooms have a walk-in 'rain forest' shower. They all have a balcony. Free access to the hotel's jacuzzi.
Our Prestige family rooms offer a very good level of comfort and can sleep up to six people. There are two twin beds or a double bed, a cabin room sleeping area with bunk beds (80 x 200) and a small lounge with a sofa bed. Each room has a modern bathroom, built in 2021, with a large walk-in shower 'rain forest'. The rooms have a flat screen satellite TV, free WIFI, hair dryer and balcony. All guests have free access to the jacuzzi in the hotel. Some rooms can be interconnected.
Our Prestige Suite offer an excellent level of comfort, with stylish soft furnishings, and sleep 4 to 6 people. The suite has a king-size bed (or 2 single beds, state preference in observations at time of booking) another sleeping area with either 2 single beds or a double bed according to your preference, and a lounge with double sofabed. Luxurious touches include: flat screen satellite TV, free WIFI access, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, 2 bathrooms and WC. The suite have a balcony and all guests have free access to the Jacuzzi in the hotel.
Our Standard rooms at the Hôtel Le Mottaret offer comfortable accommodation with special touches, including a satellite TV, free WIFI access, hair dryer and a choice of pillows and duvets (these rooms are slightly smaller than the Confort category rooms). The rooms sleep 2 people (choice of two single beds or double bed please specify in observations at time of booking) and all have a bath or shower room (specify choice at time of booking) and WC. The majority have a balcony. Guests have free access to the Jacuzzi in the hotel.
