Hotel Christiania is a two-star rated ski hotel in Les Gets but offers an awful lot more than you might expect.
All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished AND all have bath or shower facilities, direct dial telephone, flat screen televisions and sleep from two to five.
All the hotel bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished offering a good quality of bedroom accommodation and they all enjoy wonderful views of the resort and ski area. The hotel offers a range or room types including standard doubles and twins, family rooms and interconnecting suites.
Rooms all have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, towels, flat screen televisions and direct dial telephones and are fully serviced by our housekeeping staff during your stay.

The public areas include a bar and lounge area with log fire, a separate lounge area with television and books, a small area for the kids, a sauna, outdoor hot tub and a ski and boot room only ten metres from the slopes!
The Hotel Christiana may only be rated two star (it’s primarily because there is no lift facility) but it offers a great range of facilities for the guest.

And then there’s the restaurant… and it is safe to say that it is not two-star experience. The Hotel Christiania prides itself on the quality of the menus and meals produced from the canapes, through starter, main course, selections of cheeses and finally sweet and coffee.
Refurbished last season there is no better place to enjoy an après ski beer or aperitif than in our welcoming and comfortable fireside bar. The large open fireplace coupled with the first-class service you will receive from our friendly staff creates the sociable atmosphere we are proud of. A large roll down cinema screen is also available at certain times for watching DVD’s or sporting events.
We also have a quieter reading / coffee lounge with comfortable sofa seating and views of the piste.
A selection of music and board games are also available.
The Hotel Christiania has always placed a great emphasis on the dining and wining aspect of the guests’ stay and for the new winter season the staff are again looking to take the standards to a new level by delivering time and time again menus of exceptional quality.

One of the most important things for any skier is the facilities once they come off the slopes. Well at The Hotel Christiania in Les Gets ski and boot storage couldn’t get much better.
Simply ski down the blue run and underneath the six-man chair to the hotel’s rear entrance and you’ll be no more than twenty paces away from the secure external ski room and the hotel’s own boot room with bench seating and heated boot racks.
The hotel provides genuine ski in, ski out facilities and the ski and boot storage facilities just add to the simplicity of the whole experience – no need to fight for space at the ski shops with The Hotel Christiania!
Whether a day of hard blacks or gentle greens aching muscles, creaking joints and the odd bruise can be a common outcome for skiers of all ages and abilities and the attraction of a post ski sauna or dip in the hot tub is just the perfect antidote!
Hotel Christiania in Les Gets offers hotel guests both with a sauna in the basement area and two outdoor Hot Tubs.
The Hot Tubs are available daily in season and just sitting in the steaming waters while the air around you remain below freezing is exhilarating.
The sauna should be booked at reception ahead of use to ensure that it is ready for use.
If you are looking for a quiet place to read a book or have a quiet cup of tea, then this lounge is ideal for you.
Located to the rear of the hotel the lounge has large glass windows that look out onto the slopes and offers a great spot to just wind down, write some letters or make use of the WiFi Broadband on your laptop or mobile device.
The lounge also has a large flat screen TV and you can catch up (should you wish) with what’s going on around the world. There is also a selection of books and magazines available for guests to use.
We know how important it is for children to be kept occupied.
The hotel’s kid’s playroom caters for all age groups and craft materials, books, paints, board games, video games and movies are all available.
The playroom is located off the Fireside Lounge area so you will never be too far away to check on the progress of that noisy game of snakes and ladders or the suspicious silence that occurs when the latest movie is played.
