Chalet Le Prestige Lodge Les Deux-Alpes, France
The chalet has a traditional mountain soul with wood panels, stone walls, and exposed wooden beams throughout. An open-plan fully-equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and even a raclette grill will be at your complete disposal to prepare tasty meals for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy around the large dining table. The living area is furnished with sleek leather sofas and is the ideal location to relax with a drink while relishing the warmth of the traditional wood and stone log fire.
This sizable chalet (200m²) comfortably sleeps up to 14 people in spacious and restful bedrooms all benefitting from en-suite bathrooms and private facilities. The rooms are all traditionally decorated, and with a rustic feel with wooden cladding, are located mainly on the first floor of the chalet, except for one of them which is on the ground floor.
Enjoy all the best a beautiful French chalet can offer. The Prestige Lodge benefits from a private sauna, an outdoor heated pool with a retractable roof and a furnished sun terrace where you can admire the marvellous mountain panoramas. There are three private parking spaces, ski lockers, a washing machine and free WiFi access as well.
Property Features (some facilities may be payable):
Standard Board Basis: Self-catering.
Le Prestige Chalet Lodge ticks all boxes. Well placed for reaching the bars, shops and amenities of Les Deux Alpes, and also with the advantage of being close to several lifts, with the Diable chairlift only 200 metres (approx.) away. The Bus stop is just 20 metres from the chalet if you want to access the mountain using different lifts.
Tourist Tax - Not Included
A tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour or Kurtaxe) is levied by local councils in European ski resorts to support the local tourism infrastructure and may include services such as ski buses, subsidised admission to amenities e.g. pools and ice rinks and events such as firework displays. The amount charged varies according to the standard and type of accommodation. It is also not paid by all skiers as it is age-dependent. Therefore it is not included in the basic price of your holiday as we do not have all skiers’ ages at the time of booking.
The advantage of booking a self-catered skiing holiday is often the price. The disadvantages mean either eating out, which in a ski resort is often expensive, or it means having to cook your own meals, which probably means less time skiing, and who really wants to shop and then cook an evening meal after a full days skiing?
Huski, the Alps-based catering business offers a great solution, that means you can still enjoy the great value of a ski apartment or self-catered chalet and eat well without the fuss of having to cook your own food.
Huski delivers a week’s worth of dishes, freshly frozen and ready for you to just heat and serve.
Huski catering is only available to properties in French ski resorts.
