La Cime des Arcs Residence Les Arcs, France
The 4-star apartments of the Residence La Cime des Arcs are ideally situated in the centre of the hugely popular Les Arcs 2000 ski resort. Guests staying here will have easy access to the ski facilities of the resort, as the residence is conveniently placed at the foot of the ski slopes. The local amenities are also extremely close by and the ESF ski school meeting point, the snow kindergarten and the shops and supermarket of the resort can all be found just 200 metres from The Residence La Cime des Arcs.
The wooden exterior of the Residence La Cime des Arcs blends in beautifully with the unspoiled, snowy surroundings and helps the relaxing, traditional atmosphere which makes the property so popular. On the inside, the apartments are warmly decorated and incredibly cosy, with exposed wood designs adding to the rustic appeal. Guests can enjoy a balcony or terrace on which to enjoy a drink or dine al fresco. A living room with comfy seating and dining area leads into the kitchen, which includes hobs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cafetière, fridge and dishwasher. If you would like a cot for your stay please let us know and we can reserve one for you (depending on availability sheets not included). There is also a bakery delivery service (to be ordered at reception before 7pm for a delivery the next morning.
The residence consists of 57 apartments, which vary in capacity between two and ten people. Guests are invited to enjoy the 4-star luxury of the residence, with facilities such as an ambiently lit indoor pool, a relaxing steam room and sauna, plus there's a gym for the activity-minded.
This is a self-catered property, which provides guests with all the modern kitchen facilities they need to cook daily meals. The nearest shops are 200 metres away, making it easy to buy groceries for cooking. Guests can also arrange for reception to deliver freshly baked bread and pastries to their apartment every morning for breakfast, as well as visiting the popular onsite restaurant which serves traditional Alpine and Savoyard cuisine.
Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 500 Eu (Visa, Mastercard, only by card) for your property. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages or additional cleaning.
Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.
Check in is from 5 pm onwards at the reception.
End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.
An End of Stay Cleaning deposit will be taken upon arrival which will be returned along with your Damage Deposit.
