Residence Hameau de l’Ours is in the Manigod village of La Clusaz and is well connected to the ski area and resort centre. These modern apartments are finished to a very high standard, incorporating traditional alpine elements into their sophisticated design. From the balcony and large windows you're met with some amazing views over the Aravis Massif or the ski slopes or take in these views from the indoor heated swimming pool.
Staying at the Residence Hameau de l’Ours, you'll have opportunities to prepare and recharge your muscles, ready for the slopes. The wellness area has an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub as well as a hammam, fitness room, sauna and Nordic bath - so you'll have lots of facilities to choose from.
The spa area is managed by Spa Montagnes du Monde and offers a range of beauty treatments, massages and body wraps at a local charge. If you fancy taking the mountains home with you, the spa sells pure altitude products that have the benefit of over 50 mountain flowers and minerals in them so relaxation doesn't have to stop on your last day.
The residence building has a bar and lounge area that is very popular with guests. The bar offers a range of drinks, including alcoholic beverages, Indian teas and lemonade from the alps. They also have a range of snacks for you to try from savoury bites to sweet waffles, we're sure you'll find something that takes your fancy. The large fireplace in the middle of the lounge area is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your drink and socialise or sit back in an armchair and listen to the blues or jazz music coming from the piano.
Residence Hameau de l’Ours is a family friendly hotel and a great choice if you want a stress-free yet organised winter break. The residence offer services for you and the children - you can hire baby kits which include cots, pushchairs, high chairs and baby-phones. There are also games available on request including dice, cards and board games for the whole family to enjoy.

The Residence Hameau de l’Ours apartments are offered on a self-catering board basis, providing you with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils.
The nearest supermarket is in the centre of the resort, just a short walk from the residence. There are also a range of bars and restaurants in the resort centre, perfect for the nights when you don't feel like cooking.
