Right on the slopes in Flaine Forêt, Le Panoramic is just the ticket for a modern, self-catering stay with a knockout mountain backdrop. Every apartment is decked out in wood and stone, and ski-themed prints give everything an alpine feel. As well as comfy beds and a living area that’s fab for socialising, each apartment’s equipped with a kitchenette where you can prepare meals whenever you fancy.
Time to hit the slopes? Pop on your skis or board, slide over to the barriers and jump on the chair that’ll take you up to the 265km of runs in the Grand Massif ski area. And when you’re not clicked in, the pedestrianised Flaine Forum is only a gondola ride away, with shops, restaurants and its hard-to-miss architecture.
The hotel has plenty of facilities on offer too. Swim a few lengths in the indoor pool, chill out in the communal TV area, or dial up the relaxation with a session in the sauna. And if you’re here with your little ones, you can also make the most of our Childcare, run in the nearby Hotel Le Flaine.
All apartments have a kitchenette with ceramic hob, combi microwave grill, dishwasher and coffee maker, as well as a satellite TV, hairdryer and free WiFi. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €300 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 34m²) - sleeps- 1-4: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath and WC.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 42m²) - sleeps- 1-6: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, alcove room with bunk beds, private bath and WC.
2 bedroom apartment (approx. 63m²) - sleeps- 1-8: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, alcove room with bunk beds, living area with double sofa bed, private bath, private shower and WC.
Cots and baby equipment are available to hire for approx. €40 per week, payable locally.
Please note: End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen, so you’ll need to clean this yourself or an extra charge will be deducted from your deposit.
*Some clubs may close earlier in the season so check with us the for details.
Check-in is from 5pm and check-out is by 10am. To avoid reception queues, anyone wishing to check-out between 8-10am must make an appointment.
The Pepi Penguin Nursery (6 months-3 years) and Beanie Bear Club (3-8 years) are based in the Hotel Le Flaine. You can book places in these childcare clubs if you stay in the Hotel Terminal Neige Totem, Centaure Apartments, Residence Panoramic, Residence de la Forêt or RockyPop Flaine Hotel. All Childcare is at an extra charge and must be pre-booked to guarantee a place.
PEPI PENGUIN NURSERY (6 MONTHS - 3 YEARS)
Pepi Penguin Nursery (6 months - 3 years) is run by our team of Childcare professionals and held in a dedicated room in the hotel equipped with games and toys. Outdoor play included (weather and parental consent permitting).
Pepi Penguin Nursery includes:
• Full-day care from 8.30am – 5pm
• 2-course hot lunch
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day
• A daily routine and activities report for your child
Activities vary daily. We'll find time for stories, singing, arts and crafts including painting and collage making, plus messy play in the sand tray and free play with age-relevant toys set out for the children to choose what they want to do.
They are also really keen to take in some fresh mountain air each day, so we aim to have an outdoor activity at least once a day – maybe snowy walks, a gondola ride or snow painting. And if your child is used to a sleep, we'll factor that in too.
BEANIE BEAR CLUB (3-8 YEARS)
Beanie Bear Club (3-8 years) provides plenty of fun-filled days as our childcare staff offer a combination of care and skiing, which includes 6 x morning ski lessons, pick-up and drop-off from ski lessons, lunch and either full-day or half-day care by staff in the dedicated Beanie Bear Club room.
Full-day Beanie Bear Club includes:
• Full-day care from 8.30am – 5pm
• 6 x morning ski lessons, ski school drop-offs and pick-ups*
• Child skis, boots and helmet hire
• 2-course hot lunch
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day
• Afternoon games and outdoor fun.
Half-day Beanie Bear Club includes:
• Half-day care from 8.30am – 2pm
• 6 x morning ski lessons, ski school drop-offs and pick-ups*
• Child skis, boots and helmet hire
• 2-course hot lunch
• Snacks and drinks throughout the day
* Lift passes aren't included as each child's needs are different. If and when your child feels confident enough to use the lifts, you'll need to buy a lift pass locally.
