Situated in one of the most prestigious resorts of the 3 vallées, the Strato 5 star hotel has a unique décor. A bold mixture of contemporary creations, ancient pieces and works of art, made in craftsmen’s workshops displaying their timeless know how, brings to life this 5 star hotel with a unique décor in the resort of Courchevel, This mixture of chic, sporty and absolute comfort is consistent with the image of Courchevel. It is the work of two talented decorators, Pierre Dubois and Aimé Cécil, better known under their brand name:”Les Héritiers”. The atmosphere is first and foremost plush and elegant: walls of chiseled wood which recall poetically the surrounding nature. Soft lighting and subtle colours: beige, blond, mocha, grey, set off with splashes of violet, orange, silver set the tone for this exceptional hotel.

The Strato has numerous comfortable and spacious suites facing a number of directions with bow windows that allow spectacular views. The Strato hotel boasts four superb duplex suites, of which two are more than 100m2. Extra large baths and vast lounges, with a view of the mountains, make for precious and private luxury. Nestled under a roof revealing the splendour of rough wood beams, these are luxurious surroundings that promise a memorable experience.
Jean-André Charial is chef and owner of the legendary restaurant in Provence L’Oustau de Baumanière which has two stars in the Michelin guide. He is now full time with his team at the Baumanière 1850 restaurant. It has one Michelin star. This is a promise of an unforgettable gourmet experience. He was inspired by the Mediterranean, with a touch of the mountains when developing this authentic menu. Jean-André Charial uses only the finest products: turbot, truffle, sea urchins from Galicia, giant crab from Alaska. On the sweet side, his pastry chef reinterprets great classics like ’Mont Blanc’.
The Spa of over 800m2 offers a unique view of the mountains.
You enter the Spa nestled at the heart of the Stato, by a special lift that opens directly onto a refined décor. There are two saunas, a steam room, a Jacuzzi, four cabins including one double. This is a haven to relax in! It has a slate grey décor with ornate exotic wood. Finally the masterpiece - a vast heated indoor pool.
The fitness room has state of the art equipment (Kinesis-omega bike, cross trainer, a treadmill) and gives an exceptional view over the valley. An instructor is available upon reservation.
