Les Chalets d’Angele Chatel, France
This fantastic new development that opened winter 12/13 offers much needed luxury self-catering accommodation in Chatel. The 82 apartments are spread among 4 chalets with a main reception chalet at the entrance housing the indoor heated pools (one for adults and one for children), jacuzzi, saunas, steam rooms and fitness room which are free for guests. Massages and treatments are also available in the spa area, payable locally. A lounge area at reception with fireplace is open to guests during reception hours. Guests are also able to organise and pay for a bakery delivery service, hire fondue and raclette sets and games at reception. The residence is located approximately 800m from the Super Chatel ski lift which can be accessed on foot or by the resort shuttle bus.
The advantage of booking a self-catered skiing holiday is often the price. The disadvantages mean either eating out, which in a ski resort is often expensive, or it means having to cook your own meals, which probably means less time skiing, and who really wants to shop and then cook an evening meal after a full days skiing?
Huski, the Alps-based catering business offers a great solution, that means you can still enjoy the great value of a ski apartment or self-catered chalet and eat well without the fuss of having to cook your own food.
Huski delivers a week’s worth of dishes, freshly frozen and ready for you to just heat and serve.
Huski catering is only available to properties in French ski resorts.
