If you love a bit of peace and quiet after a fun day on the slopes, the Hotel Les Lans is for you. It’s a family-run place in a hamlet just below Avoriaz, surrounded by snowy fields and trees. And you can still get to the slopes easily by walking 5 minutes to the cable car.

The pine cladding gives the hotel a cosy chalet feel, everywhere from the rooms to the bar and lounge – which is also a lovely place to spend the evening, chatting and playing games by the fire.

You’ll look forward to mealtimes too. The food here is high quality, with lots of authentic French dishes made with local ingredients, and the weekly fondue night is always a highlight.

Good to know

• The minimum age for children at this hotel is 2 years.
• You can book a maximum of five rooms per booking. Group bookings are available on request only, so please give us a call to book.
• The cable car between Les Prodains and Avoriaz runs from 7am – 9pm on Sun-Thu, and 7am – 12am on Fri and Sat.

Safety  advice

• Safety standards for balconies and public walkways are different in France – the railings may be lower and they could have ornamental features you wouldn’t see in the UK or Ireland. Please take extra care on or around them, and make sure children aged under 12 years are always supervised.
