The Estrella

Centrally located and with striking decor reminiscent of 1940s Mexican films, the Estrella welcomes you during the day and evening. Relax on the ample lounge terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean, or cool off in one of the bar’ vibrant air-conditioned lounges.

The La Perla

Take a break between sunbathing and dips in the pool for a refreshing cocktail or long drink at La Perla, our breezy, trendy outdoor bar. Meet family and friends here all day long.

The Miramar

Enjoy ocean views while sipping your favourite drink at The Miramar, our beachside bar. Whether taking a well-deserved break between water sports or just relaxing under the shade of the coconut palms, you’ll love the setting, and late sleepers can get a late-morning breakfast.

The Encanto

This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in its air-conditioned themed lounges: the mirror room, the mask room, the indoor garden, the aquarium and the star-gazing lounge. A spacious, elegant terrace looking onto the ocean completes the picture. Our staff prepare a selection of low-calorie dishes daily. Parents can prepare their little ones’ meals in the Baby Corner.

The Luna Azul

Enjoy a unique evening in this eccentrically colourful Mexican-style restaurant serving creative and inventive cuisine in a lush green environment overlooking the beach and coconut palms. Don’t forget to book your table – the restaurant is open for dinner only, and has waiter service. After dinner, you can prolong your evening in the bar. The restaurant may be closed at certain periods.

The Miramar

The Miramar serves grilled meats and Mexican specialities in a wonderfully laid-back ambience with a spacious terrace looking onto the ocean.

Enjoy table service, and the chance to get a late lunch or dinner (outside the opening hours of the other restaurants).

The Sirena

The kids’ own restaurant, in the Mini Club Med! Children aged 2 to 10 will love this real restaurant where everything is designed to suit their needs. On the menu: full balanced meals, activities at certain times of day, and jealous parents! It’s the perfect place for your children to discover the delights of food and who knows, it may bring out the hidden chef in them.

This 300-room Resort comprises a group of four buildings with two or three floors.

The terra cotta tiled roofs are typical of the local architecture.

Towns located nearby:

Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo are seen by the Mexicans as two inseparable cities, in the state of Guerrero. They are twin towns, 6.5 km apart, with quite different personalities:

• Ixtapa is 7 kms from Club Med.

The city grew from its coconut palm plantations; today it has smart restaurants and luxury shops, a great place for shopping addicts.

Travel time: a 10-minute drive

• Zihuatanejo is 30 kms from Club Med

A former fishing village, it is now a totally charming town with narrow winding streets where you’ll find plenty of art galleries and craft shops.

At Petit Club Med®, our G.O®s cater to their needs all day long, with a children’s lunch menu and specially devised evening activities.

The Pyjamas Club® leaves parents free to organise their evening as they wish. This group babysitting service run by experienced G.O®s in a dedicated area provides all the necessary comforts (beds, daybeds, video area, etc).

BABY CORNER – Included

This baby corner, located in the main restaurant, proposes sweet and savoury baby foods and all the equipment necessary for preparing babies’ meals.

CHILDREN’S RESTAURANT – Included

Sirena is the children’s own restaurant, within the Mini Club Med®, open for lunch and dinner. Activities are proposed during meal times.

We’ve done everything in our power to ensure the comfort and well-being of babies and parents.

Personal welcome, baby-care material available in your room and/or in the baby feeding and equipment room (cot,baby bath, high chair on request, bottle-warmer), sweet and savoury baby foods, baby corner equipped to prepare babies’ meals, high chairs and/or booster cushions in the restaurant.

Spare pushchairs are also available if required.

The meals are devised by the team of specialist chefs at the Baby Restaurant, to satisfy babies’ specific needs.

At the Baby Restaurant, the G.O®s are in charge of lunch.

Open 24 hours a day, it provides all the equipment necessary for preparing babies’ meals: mixer, steriliser (provided only on request), microwave, fridge, bottle warmer (systematically provided in the room for G.Ms® who have reserved the Baby Club Med® or Club Med Baby Welcome®) and additional products such as mineral water, fruit and long-life milk (baby formula milk not provided).
