We are often asked to only recommend ski resorts with reliable snow. When our ski holidays are often booked up to a year in advance is always a little worrying for our sales advisors to make suggestions that might have the champagne powder our clients expected.
What is important is altitude, generally, the best snow cover will be on the highest ski slopes ideally a ski resort where the bulk of the skiing is above 2000m. For spring skiing avoid ski resorts with too many South-facing ski runs.
