Complimentary Transfer Booking Conditions
Seats are only provided on a complimentary basis if they are reserved together with outbound flight details (essential) before the balance of the holiday becomes due.
If you are on a flight scheduled to land at Geneva at or before the stated transfer time rule then they will commit to hold the transfer for a period of 30 minutes in the event that your flight or bag delivery is delayed.
If all passengers booked on the transfer are present before the departure time then the transfer may leave early.
Transfers will not be delayed under any circumstances for anyone booked on a flight scheduled to arrive after the allotted time.
If you miss the departure because you arrive at their desk after the extended time allowance (11:45 for BUS 1, 13:45 for BUS 2, 15:45 for BUS 3 and 17:45 for BUS 4) then they will do their best to arrange an alternative transfer or private taxi but unfortunately this will be at your own cost. They have a desk at Geneva on each of their arrival days throughout the season to help organise an alternative method of transport to resort.
Transfers to and from Val d’Isère and Les Arcs may involve a vehicle change in Bourg St. Maurice. The vehicles are parked side by side, bags are transferred for you, and this normally causes a minimum of delay and inconvenience to guests.
If no guests are pre-booked then a transfer will not operate.
It is often neglected in the excitement of booking a ski holiday that the mountains (and airport!) can be a hostile environment in the winter and that road closures and traffic delays sometimes do happen, it is always worth double checking that your travel insurance will cover you in the unlikely event that you miss your return flight through circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
Please allow at least 60 minutes from the scheduled landing time to the bus departure time.
