We are a 3 star hotel with perfect location in the heart of Zell am See, directly on the pedestrian zone.

The hotel offers the guests a personal and relaxed atmosphere, with a very appreciated hotel-bar, meeting-room and free internetpoint and free-of-charge W-Lan.

The rooms are equipped with shower/bathroom, cabel-TV, telephone, hairdryer and high-speed internet connection for laptops. There are rooms with a lake view. The hotel is situated approx. 100 meters from the Zeller lake and directly on the pedestrian zone filled with restaurants, coffee shops, cultural sights and shops.

The health Spa with sauna, massage etc. is just 300 meters from the hotel entry. The nearest cable car, which brings you directly up to the skiing system and trekking paths and tracks, is just 350 meters away, that is, easily accessible by foot.

We offer a very beautiful and appreciated hotel-bar where our guests can relax after an active day outdoors. with the variety of several domestic and international top wines, beer, drinks etc. Our half board pension includes a rich breakfast buffet that won't leave any desire unsatisfied, three course dinner with choice of several main courses and a salads buffet.
