Rikli Balance, named after Bled’s famed healer, is all about sustainability and wellbeing. The hotel’s modern design is strongly linked to the surrounding nature. Small touches in your room, like the locally sourced spruce wood, look sleek and add loads of character.

The healing themes continue beyond your bedroom. By paying a little extra, you can feel refreshed after your day’s skiing with a Turkish or Finnish sauna, a mountain herb massage or spruce tip bath at the spa. Živa Wellness also has six heated pools, a slide and more – all of which are included in your booking. Ideal if you fancy some post-piste pampering or an aprè-ski swim.

For breakfast you’ve a hot and cold buffet, where you can load up on pastries. Alternatively, you might choose something lighter to save room for one of Bled’s iconic cream cakes.
When it comes to evening meals the emphasis is on local, seasonal ingredients. You can look forward to 3-course evening buffets featuring some traditional local dishes.
