Hotel le Vanessa

Nested in the Swiss Alps, on the doorsteps of both Italy and France, Verbier is a quintessentially elegant and subdued ski resort. Since the first skiers ventured on its slopes in the 1930s, Verbier and its slate roof chalets has retained the charm of a typical mountain village. Located in the middle of the “4 Vallées”, one of the largest ski areas in all of the Alps, the resort offers over than 400km of ski slopes in the winter and 950km of hiking trails in the summer. While Verbier is significantly less ostentatious than other resorts, it has nevertheless always attracted members of European royal families and international celebrities looking for authenticity and discretion.

50 meters away from the central town square and 350 meters away from the ski lifts of Medran, Hôtel Le Vanessa is a Verbier institution. This impressive chalet of 53 suites, which dates back to the 1970s, has just been fully refurbished. Wether you are looking for amazing off-piste, a great after-ski on the slopes, or just enjoying some time off with your friends and family, the staff of the hotel will be happy to welcome you in what many consider to be one of the finest hotels in Verbier.

Rooms

The following are the different categories of rooms available to you. All our rooms have their own balcony, a large dressing room, a Nespresso machine and free Wi-fi access, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay in Verbier with friends or family. Oh, and we almost forgot, all rooms also have access to a private ski locker with shoe dryer, so we can be sure that your feet will be dry every morning.

Junior Suite | 30 sqm

The Junior Suite is a large comfortable room, a cocoon in which you can relax after a day on the slopes or hiking in the mountains. The Junior Suite offers a large balcony (a perfect place to share a bottle of Valais wine), a walk-in closet and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. It is also equipped with a sofa bed perfect to accommodate a child.

Family Suite | 45 sqm

Spread over two floors the Family Suite includes a large bedroom downstairs and two bed on the mezzanine floor. The Family Suite offers a large balcony (a perfect place to share a bottle of Valais wine), a walk-in closet and two bathroom one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The Family Suite is great to comfortably accommodate a family of 4.

Family Duplex | 70 sqm

The Family Duplex is a large 70sqm duplex with the two bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the village and an upstairs bedroom with a beautiful mountain view (this configuration is reversed in certain rooms). This room has two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults.

Senior Duplex | 70 sqm

Get cosy in your large living room to relax after a long day on the slopes and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms this room is ideal for 3 adults or a family with a child.Want more? The living room is overlooking the beautiful Combin mountains, no matter how often you look at them you will always be amazed by the view.

Châlet Suite | 115 sqm

With it’s 115 sqm the Châlet Suite offers an unparalleled level of comfort (except maybe by our Penthouse). The large living room and dining area is a great meeting place for families or friends wishing to share a bottle of Fendant wine after a day outdoors. The Suite can comfortably accommodate up to five adults.

The Penthouse | 160 sqm

The six floor Penthouse offers three large rooms on the top floor of the hotel, each equipped with it’s own bathroom. Relax in it’s living room with a stunning view over the Combin mountain.

Restaurant & Bar

At the Brasserie le V, we bring you the best of Italian Brasserie cuisine along with some traditional mountain dishes, don’t leave until you have tried our Fondue Chinoise or our Veal Schnitzel.

We have designed the wellness center of the Hotel Vanessa to offer you a dedicated space for wellbeing, a place where you can truly indulge and take some time for yourlsef.

White stone and light wood makes our wellness center a very relaxing space, which you can enjoy with your loved ones. Truly the perfect place to be in after a long day on the slopes.

Want to work up a good sweat after a long day out with your family ? At the Vanessa we offer one large Sauna which you can enjoy all day long.

Aching muscles after a day out hiking or skiing ? Our large jacuzzi will help relaxing both your muscles and your mind. Warmed to the perfect temperature, it's a must go before enjoying a drink in our bar.
