Chalet Savoja Morzine, France
We are delighted to introduce, Chalet Savoja, an independent self-catered chalet which sleeps 10 guests and that is brand new for summer 2020. The chalet is located in a quiet area overlooking the river in Morzine with lovely mountain views and is a 7 minute walk to the Super Morzine lift and the “petit train” that takes you across to Pleney. The nearest bar and supermarket are only a 3 minute walk from the chalet. Chalet Savoja ( Savoja is the old “patois” name of the Savoie area in France) has 5 en-suite bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining and living room. The living area is located on the ground floor and comfortably seats 10 with the sofas centered around the log burner. French sliding doors lead onto a terrace where guests can lap up the sun on a lounger or relax in the the hot tub. Guests can also enjoy dining outside, there is a gas BBQ as well as an outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen is stylish and practical with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher & large larder fridge freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need. There is a storage room with heated boot warmers and downstairs in the boiler room there is also additional hanging space for wet gear as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a double garage so secure parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for skis, there is a third outside car parking space beside the garage.
Chalet Savoja is in a lovely quiet location overlooking the river but within easy walking distance of a great choice of bars and restaurants and is just a 7 minute walk from the Super Morzine telecabine and a 3 minute walk from the nearest supermarket.
On the ground floor Chalet Savoja has an entrance hall with heated boot warmers and a communal toilet, leading though to the main living open plan kitchen/dining and living area. From the dinning and living area you can access a large decking area with a hot tub through large French doors. Downstairs on the ground floor there are two twin/double rooms with en-suite shower rooms and a boiler/laundry room. On the top floor, upstairs from the sitting room are the 3 remaining bedrooms.
