This rustic property, situated in the heart of the French Alps, welcomes guests looking to experience some of the best skiing opportunities that Europe has to offer, in a stunning winter wonderland setting.
Résidence Les Arolles is located in the hugely popular skiing destination of Les Arcs, which is in the beautiful Tarentaise Valley region of western France, covered by the Paradiski ski area. The apartments are perfectly placed for guests to make the most of the resort, with the pistes just 50 metres away. As well as this, the tourist centre, shops and restaurants of the resort are easily accessible and can be found within 10 metres of the property.
There is no better place to come back to after a long day spent enjoying the snowy mountainous scenery and crisp, Alpine air than these warm and cosy, classically designed cottages.
Every apartment in the Residence has been built in the traditional Savoyard style with exposed wood interiors. Despite its rustic appearance, Résidence Les Arolles is tailored to suit modern tourists and has an array of first rate facilities on offer. This includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped gym. There is also wifi access in the apartments (except for some apartments), cot rental (sheets not included) and a bakery delivery service (to be ordered at reception before 7pm for the next morning). Guests can also make use of the kitchens in the apartments, which come with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine.
All of the apartments at Résidence Les Arolles are self-catered, with modern kitchens, for guests who like to cook their own meals. It is easy to keep the cupboards fully stocked throughout your stay, as the resort's shops are just a few minutes from the apartments. Alternatively, there is a selection of restaurants to choose from in the Les Arcs resort.
Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your voucher.
Upon arrival, you have to pay a deposit of 500 Eu (by bank card only) for your property. This will be returned to you within 15 days of your departure assuming there are no charges for breakages or additional cleaning.
End of Stay Cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and clients are required to clean the property before departure. Please note that cleaning products are not always provided.
An End of Stay Cleaning deposit will be taken upon arrival which will be returned along with your Damage Deposit.
